Dispute Resolution & Litigation
We assist clients with dispute resolution and litigation in property, development and commercial matters, including planning disputes, neighbour and land use disputes, and contractual disputes. We represent clients in proceedings before courts, municipal authorities and other regulatory bodies, with a focus on clarity, efficiency and resolution aligned with each client’s broader commercial or development objectives.
Conveyancing
Our conveyancing approach is hands-on and detail-driven, with careful attention to the underlying sale agreement and transaction structure throughout the transfer process. Our conveyancing work includes drafting and reviewing property sale agreements, managing residential, industrial, and commercial transfers, sectional title registrations, subdivisions, and consolidations. We also prepare notarial instruments such as servitudes and long-term leases.
